LOCATION
This hotel is situated bordering Tissa lake in a scenic touristic location that offers tranquility and great paranomic view of the surrounding area. The hotel is located within easy access to many places of interest. This includes the famous Yala National Park 15km away, Bundala Ramsar Wetland Park 18km, Uda Walawe 32km (elephant Park), Lunugamwe Park 10km and Kathragama scared religious site 16km away. DESCRIPTION
Currently functioning as a nine room hotel that is tourist board “A” Grade approval with FL7 and FL8 liquor license. However the hotel does have UDA approved plans to complete 18 rooms in total. The ground floor consists of two wings the first wing consisting of six rooms with all en-suite bathrooms. The second wing consisting of three rooms with en-suite bathroom and a dressing area. Apart from the rooms there is a lobby area, ground floor restaurant, an open air BBQ deck dining restaurant, stores, staff quarters and public toilets. The upper floor consists of a large banquet hall area currently used for wedding and large conferences, which can be easily converted to six rooms with en-suite bathrooms. All that is required is the partition walls and the pathway access as all other construction has been done. The upper floor also consists of an upstairs restaurant with bar and discotheque area already in place.
There is an infinity swimming pool with an extent of 1,573 sq feet floor area comprising of a baby pool and the larger pool ranging from 3ft to 6ft depth. There is a separate allocated space for Ayuvedic treatment . The hotel garden has been landscaped and comprises of many variety of colourful plants.

The hotel consists of granite and cemented floor areas, three phase electricity supply, ADSL internet, A/C and hot water in all rooms, backup generator of 50KV together with ceiling fans in all other areas. Has pipe bourne water supply with high capacity 15,000litres overhead tank for storage. All the doors and windows are made from quality wood and standard bathroom fittings with shower cubicles. All rooms also consists of satellites TV and mini bars and hotel has a well equipped kitchen to cater for all guest requirements.
