DESCRIPTION
Currently functioning as a nine room hotel that is tourist board “A” Grade approval with FL7 and FL8 liquor license. However the hotel does have UDA approved plans to complete 18 rooms in total. The ground floor consists of two wings the first wing consisting of six rooms with all en-suite bathrooms. The second wing consisting of three rooms with en-suite bathroom and a dressing area. Apart from the rooms there is a lobby area, ground floor restaurant, an open air BBQ deck dining restaurant, stores, staff quarters and public toilets. The upper floor consists of a large banquet hall area currently used for wedding and large conferences, which can be easily converted to six rooms with en-suite bathrooms. All that is required is the partition walls and the pathway access as all other construction has been done. The upper floor also consists of an upstairs restaurant with bar and discotheque area already in place.
There is an infinity swimming pool with an extent of 1,573 sq feet floor area comprising of a baby pool and the larger pool ranging from 3ft to 6ft depth.
