                                                              The "Colombo Residency" Hotel was established in July 2002' by our Managing Director Mr. T.Y.Sundaresan to cater to the demand of business travelers who often found it difficult to find a budget accommodation with all facilities with the convenience of the city. The" Colombo Residency" consists of all such facilities plus is situated in a very convenient location with close proximity to the Colombo city center & the beach as well, By constantly upgrading our services & facilities we have many guest who re visit our hotel regularly.

down "Sea avenue" in Colombo-03,only a few meters from the Galle road & the Kollupitiya junction

in a tranquil & peaceful residential locality with close proximity to the beach as well. It is only about five minutes of drive to the Colombo city center from this location

                                                                     The hotel consists of eleven air conditioned double rooms with all  facilities which includes Color TV in every room, attached bathrooms with hot & cold water, Internet & email facilities, telephone with IDD & 24 hour room service & 24 hour valet service as well.The hotel has a fully equipped restaurant on the ground floor where a Varity of eastern & western dishes are served on a la carte & set menu basis, Also functions & get together up to about 20 pax could be arranged with meals provided.

                                                                       Also among the facilities offered are Airport pick up & Drops also excursion tours to various destinations & reservations  ticketing to any destination. There is parking facilities for the guests with 24 hour security. Reservations for rooms could be made via the phone or by email.
